In this workshop you will be guided through movement and (re-)connection with yourself, and others. There will be no right or wrong, only a flow & release of built up energy, which can be as intense as you'll allow it.
Movement is an anchor of the mind for anyone, and for people with ADHD it can calm down the constant stream of racing thoughts by shifting the focus to the body. On top of that, the guided movement in this workshop is designed to build your confidence, improve emotional regulation, and reduce anxiety.
You might experience a range of emotions in this time together, but most importantly, you will have fun and leave feeling refreshed.

Slow down. Express. Release. Recover.
In this workshop you will be guided through some initial breathing work, into an expression of thoughts by writing them down - for yourself. Once those musings are on paper, we use EFT tapping techniques to release anything we do not have to hold on to, and end with recovery stretching.
The specific combination of breathing, expression through writing, releasing techniques and recovery is set up to address the challenges that people with a neurodiverse, or overly stimulated and burned out brain deal with. Breathing work helps to balance your nervous system, improve focus and reduce stress. Writing helps you gain awareness and clarity. Those clear thoughts can then be addressed and released with EFT tapping (find out more what EFT is), and finally we recover by gently stretching our bodies to re-regulate our minds emotionally.

Our workshops are designed for groups of women that deal with a stressful lifestyle, and overstimulated and/or neurodiverse brains. They provide the perfect opportunity to release built up negative energy, improve focus and the flow of ideas, and boost confidence.
We cater these meetings for teams, organisations and groups of friends, who want to refine their connection, individually and collectively, and promote their well-being in the face of challenging circumstances.
