Beyond Awareness — Building Neuroinclusive Workplaces That Work for Everyone

Practical training, audits, and coaching to help your organisation support neurodivergent employees —

without tokenism or burnout.

Who I Help

I help HR Leaders & Managers build truly inclusive cultures. Many organisations want to support neurodivergent employees, but don’t know where to start. I work with HR professionals and team leaders to bridge the gap between intention and action.

With over 20 years of lived experience with ADHD, a Master’s degree in neurodiversity in the workplace, and a background in life and ADHD coaching, I bring insight, empathy, and evidence-based strategies to every engagement.

How I Can Help

Neurodiversity Awareness & Inclusion Training:

Practical sessions that give managers and teams tools to recognise, support, and include neurodivergent employees, beyond the buzzwords.

Inclusion Audit & Roadmap:

A strategic review of your current policies, processes, and practices,

with a tailored action plan to make your workplace more accessible and inclusive.

Leadership Coaching & Clinics:

1:1 or group support for managers facing real-world challenges with neurodivergent employees, with confidence and compassion.

Why This Matters

Neuroinclusion Is Not a “Nice-to-Have.” It’s a Business Essential.

📌 1 in 5 employees is likely neurodivergent.
📌 Lack of inclusion leads to burnout, turnover, and disengagement.
📌 Inclusive cultures drive performance, retention, and innovation.
📌 Neurodivergent team members bring unique strengths — including creativity, hyper-focus, problem-solving, systems thinking, and out-of-the-box innovation.

When neurodivergent employees feel safe to be themselves, everyone benefits.
